The main carrier responsible for delivering orders placed on www.mocybell.com is La Poste. For orders of €200 or more, a different carrier may be used in order to ensure an appropriate service.
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process.
1. Delivery time
Any validated order for which payment has been confirmed is processed and shipped within a maximum of 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and annual leave).
Delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours for mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, and between 3 and 21 days for the rest of the world.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Any delay shall not give rise to compensation or damages.
The Company cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Strikes by the carrier or postal services;
- Other unforeseeable events provided for by legislation governing the transport of goods and merchandise (for example, an epidemic).

3. Tracked and guaranteed delivery
Depending on the destination and the size of the order, products are shipped as follows:
In mainland France, Corsica & Monaco:
- FREE: Standard tracked shipping (delivered to the mailbox) for any order under €90
- FREE: Colissimo (hand-delivered against signature) for any order between €90 and €200 (€6.90 if order < €90)
- FREE: Chronopost, FedEx, UPS or DHL (insured and delivered against signature) for any order above €200 (€9.90 if order < €200)
French Overseas Territories:
- Standard international tracked shipping (delivered to the mailbox) for any order under €59
- Shipping is FREE from €59

For our reseller partners Mocybell, shipping is free from €300 excl. VAT per order. Below this threshold, a flat fee of €10 excl. VAT applies (minimum order of €150 excl. VAT).
All shipments to our professional partners are made with fast, careful and insured delivery.
Your order will be prepared within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and shipped by Colissimo or Chronopost with signature on delivery.
Delivery generally takes place within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for mainland France.
You therefore benefit from a fast, reliable and careful service to satisfy your in-store customers without delay.
